Vintage Vault VIP Membership Program — Terms & Conditions

The Vintage Vault VIP Membership Program (the "VIP Program") is operated by Vintage Vault ("Vintage Vault," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to anyone ("you" or "member") who enrolls in the VIP Program at checkout. By joining, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement our general Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Eligibility

Enrollment & Billing

By joining, you agree to:

  • A recurring charge of $39.95 every 30 days,
  • Automatic renewal until you cancel,
  • All membership terms and conditions displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

VIP Program Benefits

As a member, you will receive:

  • Up to 80% off select items inside the VIP Membership Portal,
  • Access to exclusive, never-before-seen products,

  • Free shipping on all U.S. member orders after the introductory period.

Benefits remain valid as long as your membership is active.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. You may cancel by:

  1. Emailing us at vintagevipmerch@outlook.com,
  2. Calling us at (855) 514-7893 during business hours (9am – 5pm EST, Mon–Sat),
  3. Replying to any order confirmation email,
  4. Filling out the Membership Cancellation form on our website.

Cancellations are processed immediately. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds

Any membership charge within the last 30 days can be refunded on request — no questions asked. Email vintagevipmerch@outlook.com with your order number.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during enrollment and to update it as necessary to complete transactions and allow us to communicate with you. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be from resellers or that violate our policies.

Privacy

Your personal information submitted through the VIP Program is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to: harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, or transmitting malicious content. Violation may result in termination of your membership.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. These Terms constitute the full agreement regarding the VIP Program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
