How do I join the VIP Membership?

Use the VIP Add to Cart button on any product page and go through the normal checkout process. After checkout, your order confirmation email will explain how to access your member benefits.

Is the Membership Fee a Recurring Charge?

Yes — you will be charged $39.95 per month until you cancel. You can cancel any time. The amount may be less on some months but will never be more.

Do I get FREE shipping on my first order?

No. Your first order is an exclusive New VIP Member intro deal which does not include free shipping. All future orders will have free shipping applied automatically.

How do I cancel my Membership?

Email vintagevipmerch@outlook.com, call (855) 514-7893, reply to your order confirmation email, or fill out the Membership Cancellation form. Cancellations are processed immediately.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship worldwide. All orders are tracked and insured. International shipping takes 10+ business days depending on your location.

How long are shipping times?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard U.S. shipping is 3–9 business days.

What's your return policy?

30-day return window from date of purchase. Return any item for a full refund, no questions asked. Email vintagevipmerch@outlook.com to request a return.
